Case study / 06Salorio.
An event plan that remains useful until the last guest leaves.

01 / The project
Salorio brings the venue, organiser and client into one version of the event, from guest import and seating to approval and check-in.
Event planning easily fragments across spreadsheets, PDFs, venue images and chat feedback. When something changes, each person may be working from a different version.
Venues, organisers and event clients
02 / The insight
A seating plan is not a final file. It is a working version that several people need to understand, approve and use.
I shaped Salorio as a continuous workflow: the event inherits a real venue layout, guests are seated with explainable rules, feedback stays attached to a version and the approved plan powers event-day operations.
03 / In detail
The experience, up close.

04 / The decisions
What I chose and why.
A snapshot of the venue
Each event receives an independent, versioned copy of its venue layout, so later venue changes do not rewrite an existing event.
Seating with context
Placement rules and conflicts are visible, helping organisers understand why a guest fits or does not fit at a particular table.
Approval becomes operational
The approved plan continues into check-in, keeping event-day staff on the same version as the organiser and client.
05 / The outcome
What the work delivers.
A shared event model
Room, tables, guests, versions and approval status belong to one system instead of separate files.
Traceable decisions
Feedback and changes stay connected to the version they concern.
A usable event-day plan
Planning data remains available when the venue needs it most.
